Refund Policy

At Knowledge Hive, we strive to offer high-quality Data Science training programs and ensure the satisfaction of all our learners. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our services.

 

 

1. General Policy

All purchases made for courses, workshops, or related services are considered final. However, we do provide partial or full refunds in specific situations as outlined below.

 

 

2. Cancellation by the Student

​

 

a) Before Course Commencement:

 

  • If a student cancels at least 7 days before the start of the course:

    → 90% refund of the total course fee (10% is retained as administrative charges).

  • If a student cancels within 7 days but before the course begins:

    → 50% refund of the total course fee.

  • If a student cancels less than 24 hours before the course begins:

    → No refund will be issued.

 

 

b) After Course Commencement:

 

  • Once a course has started, no refund will be provided, regardless of attendance or participation.

 

 

3. Cancellation by Knowledge Hive

In the unlikely event that we cancel a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum enrollment not met, instructor illness, etc.), you will be given the following options:

 

  • A full refund of the fees paid

    OR

  • A credit transfer to a future batch or alternative course of your choice

 

 

4. Rescheduling Policy

 

If a student cannot attend a scheduled course but informs us at least 72 hours in advance, we may allow a one-time transfer to another batch (subject to availability), without additional cost.

 

Subsequent requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve an administrative fee.

 

 

5. Mode of Refund

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • In the case of offline/UPI payments, bank details will be requested for processing.

 

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • One-on-one coaching sessions, personalized mentorships, and downloadable learning materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  • Registration or booking fees for special events or workshops are also non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

  • Payment Receipt or Transaction ID

  • Reason for Cancellation or Refund Request
